Stroke Onward | Living Loss After Stroke, A Conversation with Dr Lucy Hone (USA)

This is a virtual event hosted in the USA.
Local time: Thursday 24 September, 7pm ET / 4pm PT
NZT: Friday 25 September, 11am
AUT: Friday 25 September, 9am

After stroke, grief doesn’t always look the way we expect. Sometimes, it’s not about losing something, it’s about adjusting to a life that looks different than before.

Changes in identity, independence, relationships, abilities, roles and future plans can all bring a sense of grief. These ‘living losses’ can be difficult to name, process and navigate. Join Dr Lucy Hone and the Stroke Onward community for meaningful conversation about ‘living loss.’
